The issue of constitutional eligibility of Barack Obama for President of the United States is clear. There is a different age requirement in the Constitution United States than with reason and also the stipulation that he is a U.S. citizen by birth, now is questionable and, in the air. To be a citizen by birth, simply means that one must be born on American soil. This could very well mean a U.S. embassy anywhere in the world, or a facility U.S. military, but not in a hospital or clinic in a foreign city or village. If a person is born a U.S. citizen in a hospital, for example, in Bonn, Germany, that person is eligible for a certain age to become a United States senator or representative in the U.S., but not the president.
Barack Obama has a paternal grandmother who lives in Mombasa, Kenya, which, according to informed sources, said that Kenya was present at the birth of her infant son. Ambassador of Kenya to the United States supposedly has said that Obama's birth in Kenya is commemorated by building a statue in his hometown. Given the distrust of these two statements, I think no judge or justice is worthwhile if moved, granting a writ of mandamus direction of Barack Obama to produce original birth certificate of relief showing clearly the hospital of birth and doctor's name and signature of contractor. Certainly if a citizen must produce an original birth certificate in the Commonwealth of Virginia to obtain a license, applicants must as president of the obligation to present an original birth certificate to prove he's a citizen born and qualified to be U.S. president?
Since this issue has caught my attention in October 2008 I was actively investigating the statement of "World Net Daily," saying that Obama paid Perkins Coie LLP Law Firm, Washington, DC, especially lawyer Robert Bauer, a billion dollars more to oppose the motion by attorney Philip J. Berg to force the newly elected president to reveal the original birth certificate relief to the American public. In all the available evidence, this is absolutely correct. For some reason not so obvious, Obama believes that payment of one million dollars to a high voltage law to fight a motion in court to force him to submit an original birth certificate, it's worth the money. However, if Obama was born in Hawaii in 1961, should be an original birth certificate that clearly states the name of the hospital and the attending physician, is the delivery. For example, my original birth certificate shows Born in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, at the Hospital Saint-Antoine, and the doctor had called me Max Wade. Take the seal of the State. If Obama was born in Hawaii, everything would to do is have the original copy of birth certificate, front and rear, and published in major newspapers across the country. This would end the controversy and establish, once and for all, meets all requirements of the Constitution of SU.
