Why send letters to La Jolla, CA ", when in La Jolla is a community of San Diego?
De La Jolla is not an autonomous entity, since it is part of the city of San Diego, why is it that we sent letters to her? They have police in San Diego, San Diego, Fire Department and School District San Diego, so why should it have its own postal code? Is it because they have their own zip code? Any help would be appreciated = D
