Rings in the water at La Jolla, San Diego?
When I came here was a kind of animal or fish in the circles in the water. While swam around the circle where the waves start to break. Does anyone know this?
Are you sure it was not rocks under water? Do the circles appear in the same place during each wave cycle? It is the most likely explanation.
